Monty the most hated and feared citizen of Springfield is truly one of the most devious and vile characters in cartoon history. Especially shown in this past episode when he is shot (or by popular opinion shoots himself). That is why I have given him his own section. He is truly no bit player and his ever faithful companion (Smithers)adds to the mysticism of thisall-powerful character.
